I am an LPN who has plenty of experience but didn’t have Endo experience. I bought this book to help me along after starting a new job. The ARNP who also started at our office also has this book! I think it is great! It explains things on a level that you can easily understand yet doesn’t take away from the professional reader. You may need to still purchase a book on Endo physiology just to understand the disease process in more depth but this is a great start and I would highly recommend it.
