Was packaged well, and received it in a timely fashion. However, I bought this book new and it wasnt in any protective coating, there was a price sticker right on the cover leaving a sticky finish behind, and the edges were slightly dented.

Book delivered on time; however, paying $130 for a NEW textbook and having it delivered with a scratch across the cover is unacceptable. I was very unhappy about the condition it was delivered in, but there’s not time to return it with school starting. I would hope in the future a new product would come in new condition.

Ordered and got this within 2 days with the trial period using Amazon Prime. Quick, easy ordering and received the new book with just a very small and slight indentation at the top front portion of the book cover, I’m sure it was due to the shipping. It was not wrapped nor was CD included. I called the publisher and they provide assistance to use the companion website as well. Overall, no problems!

I received this book in about four days through UPS. The packaging was appropriate. The hardback book cover had one corner that was minimaly crushed but certainly did not affect the quality of the pages. I would definitely order through Amazon.com again as I saved over $40.00 vs buying through my university book store.

Overall a very nice transaction. The only downfall would be that I bought the book “new” but it was not in the plastic, and it did not include the CD that a new book would provide. Shipping was fast and book was received in excellent condition. Thanks!!
