I will be taking the Med-Surg Certification exam in a couple of weeks, so I purchased this book to refresh my memory. Presently, I take care of mainly neuro patients, so there are many procedures for other body systems that became a distant memory after nursing school. This book was very helpful. I think it will be useful for the nursing students as well because it has many critical thinking questions that will help one to study for the nclex. Hopefully, I can say that whole-heartedly when I pass the Certification exam!!!

This book is great review for tests’ in Med-Surg. After studying your book, you can study the questions in the Med-Surg success book, to make better sense of the information. And get practice in answering NCLEX type questions.
Our instructor even used some of the questions on the test. So… yeah… great practice.
