Save Your Hands! now has a totally new 2nd Edition that’s been greatly expanded and updated. The first edition helped me a lot as a massage therapist, but the 2nd Edition is even better. It’s twice as long and has much more information on less-stressful techniques, body mechanics and ergonomics. It’s also now very professionally laid-out and illustrated.
