I know…I did it. I had high BP and was on 20mg of enalpril twice a day. I drive a truck all over the country and must keep my BP at 140/90 to keep my job. I read the book and followed what the good Doc said to do and my BP is 119/78 as of 10/06/08 only 24 days after I got the book. By the way…I don’t take BP pills anymore.
